Most counties in the US require submittal of a site/plot plan when applying for a building or construction permit. A site plan shows the planning committee your proposed alterations to a building or property.

Yes. We will revise your site plan until you are 100% satisfied at no additional cost, as long as the changes are within the initial scope of work. Changes that will turn a basic site plan into a medium or complex site plan will be made for additional charges which will be communicated to you prior of making them.

Our site plans are non-certified as we are not licensed surveyors. If you need a certified site plan, you will need to hire a land surveyor.

Our AutoCAD professional have a combined experience of 26 years in creating architectural plans for residential projects all over the USA.

We recommend that you check with local authorities exactly what they require for the type of permit that you want to obtain. Our site plans are non-certified and work for most permits and most counties. If your county requires a survey, then you will need to hire a licensed surveyor.

We have never had any of our site plans rejected by a county for an over-the-counter permits.

You will receive your site plan within 24 hours during business days. Orders placed Fridays will be ready Monday morning.

Before drawing your site plan, we look at all available data on your property. If we feel like there is an issue drawing it accurately, we will let you know. We may ask you for additional data regarding the size and location of structures that are not visible or offer you a full refund if our systems are not up for the task.

Your county’s planning & zoning department should have information on their website detailing the specifications for a site/plot plan. These may vary depending on the type of permit you are looking for to obtain. We can help you identify your specific requirements.

Our site plans are delivered in a PDF format sized to 11″ x 17″.  But we can deliver custom sizes as well as other types of files: JPG (picture), DWG (work file that you or your engineers/landscapers can use as a base for their work).
